Fourth of July Freedom Celebration

Downtown Evansville Fireworks Display

On Tuesday, July 4th thousands will flock to Downtown Evansville to celebrate Independence Day on Evansville’s spacious riverfront.

Festivities will begin at 6:00 p.m. on Riverside Drive with food vendors selling hamburgers, hotdogs, polish sausage, chicken and steak fajitas, BBQ nachos, kettle corn, ice-cream, lemon shake-ups and more!

A jaw-dropping, 25 minute fireworks display sponsored by Tropicana Evansville and the Tri-State Area Ford Dealerships will begin at approximately 9:00 p.m.

Spectators watching the fireworks from a distance may tune into 104.1 WIKY to hear a mix of contemporary and patriotic music in harmony with the fireworks display.
