Two New Shell Buildings – Complete in 2020
Construction of shell buildings at the Vanderburgh Industrial Park has proven to be a successful attraction investment. The first shell developed brought Israeli owned Polyram Manufacturing. The second shell recently attracted EFP Corporation. And now thanks to the Vanderburgh County Commissioners,Vanderburgh Redevelopment Commission, Evansville Industrial Foundation and Woodward Development, two new shell buildings are scheduled for development in the Vanderburgh Industrial Park (view map). The Growth Alliance facilitated the approval process for both shell buildings; a 150,000 sq ft building and a 75,000 sq ft. building. Both shells will be expandable.
