Two Locations Now Collecting Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in Evansville

Support Evansville Healthcare workers with donations

 

EVANSVILLE, Ind. (March 30, 2020) – Local business organizations, the Southwest Indiana Chamber, Growth Alliance and Economic Development Coalition launch community-wide efforts to collect Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for healthcare professionals; opening two locations immediately.

Romain Cadillac Service Center located at 7600 E Division Street and CK Newsome Center at 100 Walnut Street have stepped-up to serve the community at this time. Volunteers will be onsite at each location allowing donors to stay in their vehicles during drop-off. Collected items will be distributed to healthcare professionals throughout the Greater Evansville region – where the need becomes the greatest.

Supplies in need at this time include medical grade N95 masks, isolation masks, surgical masks, isolation gowns, surgical gowns, goggles, lab coats that can be laundered, disposable Latex-Free medical exam gloves, hand sanitizer that is at least 60% alcohol, and more. Donations will be accepted at the Romain Cadillac location Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at their Service Center.

Donations will be accepted at the CK Newson Center location Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the facility.
